Civilians Instructors

Not everyone who wants to teach cadets has to enroll in the Canadian Forces. A large group of civilian instructors complement the knowledge and skills set of the Cadet Instructors Cadre and provide valuable human resources at the corps and squadron level. Many civilian instructors are highly specialized in particular areas of cadet training and many are parents who just want to get involved.

Civilian instructors are required to undergo much the same screening as the Cadet Instructors Cadre.
