Physical Fitness
Physical fitness is an important part of everything a cadet does, from
marching in a band, to readying a glider for take-off or climbing a
mountain. Cadets learn that being healthy helps them to participate fully
in all activities and to enjoy them more. Sensible living, healthy eating
and the importance of living an active lifestyle soon become second nature
to cadets, just like ironing their tunics, saluting properly and polishing
their boots.

Whether competing individually or as a team, drawing on their strength
and endurance to master a challenge or just playing a game for
old-fashioned fun, cadets learn the value of physical fitness.
