Unfortunately, things happen at work and sometimes you are just not
sure what to do. Depending on the situation, you can usually ask your
supervisor or boss for help. You can also get help from your health
and safety representative or the health and safety committee, your
union, or someone else from management (who may not be your direct
boss)
If you do not get the help you were hoping for from the above groups or if you want more information, the next thing to do is contact the local government department responsible for health and safety in your area. Click here for a list of phone numbers and web sites.
