As an aircraft maintenance engineer, it will be your job to check, repair and replace aircraft parts. Without you, airplanes and helicopters could not fly safely. As an engineer, you perform aircraft maintenance and inspections and prepare technical reports.


“I have always been fascinated with helicopters in particular and by the aviation sector in general. After I finished high school, I took a bit of time off to decide on a career. It wasn't a very difficult choice, because I love both aviation and working with my hands-and also excel in math. This career has let me experience the joy of doing a job I love.”
