How to Appeal

Timeframe

The following is an approximate schedule for the Review Tribunal appeal process. An appeal usually takes eight months to complete. The process ensures that all parties will have enough time to prepare for the hearing. As far as possible, the OCRT strives to meet the goals set out in this timeframe.
