Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program - RRAP for Homeowners
The Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program – RRAP for Homeowners provides funding to low-income persons who own and occupy substandard housing so that they can repair the housing to ensure that it meets the minimum federal health and safety standards.

Eligibility Information
- Dwellings must lack basic facilities or require repairs to their structure or their electrical, plumbing or heating systems.
- The value of the dwelling must be below a specified figure.
- The household income must be below an established limit based on household size and location.
- Other criteria may apply.
