The Contracts Supplementary Return is completed by contractors who are reporting and remitting revenue tax (PST) on all taxable goods, on which PEI tax has not been paid for a specific reporting period of a project. The Report on Contracts and Subonctracts form outlines the nature and dollar value of subonctracts for a specific project issued by a General Contractor.
