You have access to the After-Hours Emergency Service:
- Monday to Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Friday, 5:00 p.m., to Monday, 8:00 a.m.
- Statutory holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following day

- Submit your service request via the On-Line Ordering System or, if not possible, send your request to NCR.TRA-SAH@pwgsc.gc.ca.
