CDA Strategy Map

The following strategy map depicts the mission, vision, core strategy, values, outcomes and key strategic objectives of CDA. This map is a tool intended to communicate what CDA does, what CDA will look like in the future and the strategy to achieve that vision. It is the touchstone to focus our attention and guide our decision-making. I require all members of CDA to be familiar with the strategy map and their role in accomplishing the strategy.
