Structure and Differentiation

Purpose: Develop detailed model/description of the formal structures and internal differentiation within the profession starting with examination of the key attributes across operational environments and between Officers and NCMs.

Outputs: Comprehensive reports presenting the conceptual basis for the internal structure and differentiation described in the Profession of Arms manual.
