Annual Reporting Requirements

All Fish Processing licence holders are required to submit the following annual reports for each facility:

• Annual Fisheries Production Schedule (AFPS)

• List of Custom Processing Clients or Signed Declaration

• Canned Salmon Sales Form

• Employment Form

Quarterly Reporting Requirements

All Fish Processing licence holders are required to submit the following quarterly reports for each facility:

• Cultured Shellfish Quarterly Report
• Cultured Finfish Quarterly Report

British Columbia Fish Buyers

Annual Reporting Requirements

All Fish Buying Station licence holders are required to submit the following report:

• Annual Fisheries Production Schedule (AFPS)

• Canned Salmon Sales Form

British Columbia Fish Brokers

Annual Reporting Requirements

All Fish Broker licence holders are required to submit the following report:

• Annual Fisheries Production Schedule (AFPS)

• Canned Salmon Sales Form

British Columbia Aquaculture Operations

Annual Reporting Requirements

All Aquaculture licence holders are required to submit the following report for each site:

• Annual Aquaculture Statistical Report (AASR)

Special Reporting Requirements

All geoduck aquaculture licence holders are required to submit a harvest notification form prior to date of intended harvest.

British Columbia Custom Fish Processing and/or
Cold Storage Clients

Annual Reporting Requirements

When requested persons who've utilized the services of B.C. fish processing facilities to process or hold fish for resale are required to complete and submit the following reports:

• Annual Fisheries Production Schedule (AFPS) or Declaration

• Canned Salmon Sales Form
