The BC PNP follows Canadian government regulations requiring all paid immigration representatives to meet the definition of "authorized representative", which means any of the following:

Applicants to the BC PNP are not obliged to hire a representative

All applications are treated equally, regardless of whether they were prepared with the assistance of an authorized representative

The BC PNP reserves the right to contact the employer and nominee candidate directly regarding their application.
