Corporations, and Loan Brokers Complaints |
In addition to providing the legislative framework for the regulation of trust, loan,
financing corporations, and loan brokers in Saskatchewan, The Trust
and Loan Corporations Act, 1997 describes the
responsibilities, obligations, and powers of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions.
One of the responsibilities of the Superintendent is to investigate consumer complaints.
Filing a Complaint
Before filing a complaint, attempt to resolve the matter with the manager of the trust,
loan, financing corporation, or the loan broker.
To register a complaint against a trust, loan, financing corporation, or a loan broker,
please complete the Trust,
Loan and Financing Corporations, and Loan Brokers Complaint Form and return it to the
address provided on the form.
