| Application Period: |

Requests for CCI internships can be submitted during two application cycles:
- November 1 – December 15
- February 1 – March 15
The internship program is currently suspended due to ongoing renovations to CCI’s main building in Ottawa. |
| Evaluation Process: |
|
The Conservation and Scientific Services Management Committee reviews all internship applications received during the application cycle, and selects candidates based on their learning needs and CCI’s project schedule. |

Response to general questions or update inquiries:
CCI will respond to general questions or update inquiries related to this service within 2 working days when queries are submitted:
- to Learning Opportunities by e-mail (cci-icc_edu@pch.gc.ca)
- to Client Services by telephone or e-mail (cci-icc_services@pch.gc.ca)
- through online forms on CCI’s main Web site or the “Preserving my Heritage” site
Response to new requests:
CCI will respond to new requests for internships within 3 weeks of receipt. Clients will be informed if their request has been accepted within 8 weeks of the established cut-off date for the internship application cycle. |
