2002-50 The Commission approves Northwestel's request to include custom calling features (CCF) and call management services (CMS) into one section entitled Enhanced Calling Features; increase CCF and call return monthly rates to one standard rate of $5 for residential customers and $7 for business customers; increase residential voice mail boxes rates by $1; remove the current CCF packages and introduce discounts for all CCF, CMS and specific voice mail boxes; and implement a free for 30-day trial period promotion for new subscribers to CCF, CMS and specific voice messaging services.
