CBC Annual Reports on Employment Equity - Executive Summary

Employment Equity exists to facilitate the recruiting, integration and promotion of women, members of visible minority groups, aboriginal people and people with disabilities, so that the CBC can achieve a workforce which reflects the diversity of Canadian society.
