To register, please download and complete the Registration Form and return by fax or mail, with the appropriate payment, to the below address: Registration includes two continental breakfasts, two lunches and coffee breaks. Space is limited - register early!

University and non-profit organization	$180.00
Student registration (space is limited)	$80.00

Methods of payments

STC employees must supply a reference number and a signature on the form.

Interdepartmental settlements will apply for all external federal government employees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received in writing, prior to April 21st, 2008, will receive a full refund per registrant. After that date no refunds will be made, but substitutions will be permitted. Please advise the Conference Secretariat before April 14, 2008 for substitutions. However, if you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged the full registration fee. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the conference participants.
