You are an exceptional communicator with an innate ability to quickly determine a caller's needs, a good skill to have as you will handle between 50-60 calls per day. You will cover everything from providing information on starting a new business to expanding an already established, profitable enterprise. You will need financial analysis skills to identify the needs and business opportunities of potential customers, and to either decline or recommend the client to an Account Manager for completion of the loan process.

You will thrive in this environment if you have:

  • Demonstrated patience and empathy for people with communication difficulties or little grasp of business financing
  • Experience in a financial environment
  • University degree in commerce or business administration
  • Flexibility to work varying hours
  • Effective communication skills in both official languages is a requirement
