Customs Client Services Offices provide service to the commercial importing and exporting community, to individuals and to the traveling public. They have been set up to enhance the global competitiveness of Canadian business on the international market, to assist business clients in complying with trade law requirements and provide them with information to allow them to access all the benefits available through Canada's international trade agreements. Client Services personnel will also help answer questions from individuals and the traveling public that deal with bringing goods into Canada, customs requirements and obligations, forms and publications to facilitate their transactions at customs.
