Through the Regional Access Program, the COBSC works in partnership with local business organizations to improve your access to the business information you need.  The program complements the existing business programs and services that are offered in your community by:

  • providing access to the COBSC's information on federal and provincial government programs, services and regulations, and
  • supplementing the print and electronic resources available locally.

Eligibility Criteria

The services of partner organizations (known as Regional Access Sites) are geared towards assisting those interested in starting a new business or expanding an existing business.

Summary

Visit our Regional Access Program Locations page to find Regional Access Program locations near you.  Type your postal code in the form provided on this page, or use our interactive map to find locations in specific cities.

Whether you are starting a business, expanding a business or entering a new area of business activity, such as exporting or e-business, it is essential that you make well-informed decisions.

The partners of the Regional Access Program can help you find comprehensive information to help you make those decisions, as well as a computer connected to the Internet to help you conduct additional research. Some sites also offer help with writing a business plan, free advice from a business consultant, business seminars or workshops and business loans.
