The mission of Employers' Advocates is to assist New Brunswick employers in matters concerning workers' compensation through communication, consultation and education and by advising and representing them on issues before the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission (WHSCC).
Any employer who is registered with the WHSCC of New Brunswick or who falls under the scope of the Workers' Compensation Act of New Brunswick.
Employers:
Employers' Advocates are now in place to help employers on matters which pertain to the WHSCC, the Workers' Compensation Act, and in particular the appeals process. There are three (3) Employers' Advocates' offices currently serving New Brunswick: Fredericton, Moncton and Bathurst.
