You can get Weather One-on-One by calling the 1-900 telephone consultation service that allows you to consult Environment Canada's weather professionals over the phone.

Weather One-on-One is a pay-per-use service available from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. weekdays and from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. week-ends and holidays. Service is accessible from all of Canada* in both official languages. Fees of $2.99 per minute (under revision) plus taxes apply, and will be included in your next telephone bill.

Other weather consultation services are:

Marine weather - the specialized marine weather service. Marine weather is available 24 hours per day from British Columbia and all four Atlantic provinces at the same price as Weather One-on-One. Simply dial 1-900-565-6565.

Climate weather - if you need information on historical or past weather events. Climate weather is available from all of Canada*, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the same price as Weather One-on-One. Simply dial 1-900-565-1111.

Value-added services for business and special applications - business users and individuals seeking more specialized meteorological products and services should consult with commercial weather vendors serving Canada.

* The 1-900 service may not be accessible from cellular or pay phones, or may be blocked on some business telephone lines. Also, it is not accessible from the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. For the same price, you may instead use your credit card by dialing toll-free 1-888-292-2222.
