To Whom Does This Apply?

As of July 1, 2003, the fees only relate to licensed brewers.

Summary

The Excise Act Licence Fees Regulations set out the annual fees that the Canada Revenue Agency charges for issuing and renewing excise duty licences for the manufacture of beer only.
