Saskatchewan Justice Online Fine Payments
Note: This web site only supports Internet Explorer 5.0+ and Netscape 6.1+ web browsers.

Payments for Summary Offence Tickets issued in the Province of Saskatchewan can be paid on this web site.

Please ensure you have the following information available before submitting payment information:

    • Summary Offence Ticket Number: see top right-hand corner of ticket
    • Court Date and Location: see middle section of ticket
    • Amount Paid: see Voluntary Payment option on ticket
    • VISA\MasterCard number, name as it appears on card, and expiry date.

This transaction will appear on your VISA\MasterCard statement as 'SASK JUSTICE ONLINE INT'.

    Other information:

By making a voluntary fine payment, you are pleading guilty to the offence charged against you on the ticket.  If you do not wish to plead guilty, then follow the instructions on the back of the ticket or call during business hours.

Failure to complete the payment form accurately with proper information may delay processing your payment.

A valid e-mail address is required to pay tickets on-line. The supplied e-mail address will be used to issue an electronic confirmation for your transaction. No other written confirmation will be issued.

Payments will be processed within two business working days after payment information is submitted.

The payment amount you enter is in Canadian Funds. If payment is made with a US credit card, the amount paid will be converted to the US Fund equivalent on your credit card statement.

Refunds will not be processed over the internet. For information regarding a refund of an on-line payment, please call during regular business hours. Refunds of credit card payments will be made back to the credit card.

If you are unable to proceed with payment or require further information please call (306)787-2024 (in Regina and outside Canada), 1-800-661-2024 (toll free within Canada 8am to 5pm CST) or attend to your closest Provincial Court office.

If you are paying more than one ticket, a separate payment must be entered for each ticket.  Payments will not be properly processed unless entered individually.

If you are making this payment more than 15 days after the court imposed due date, a $40.00 late payment fee will have been applied to the outstanding balance.  For further information, please contact a Provincial Court office or call during business hours.

If you received a Notice of Conviction letter, YOU ARE PAYING AFTER THE COURT DATE, and a $40.00 late payment fee MUST be added to the ticket amount if the due date for payment of your fine is past. It is your responsibility to ensure that both the ticket amount and $40.00 late payment fee is paid in full. Saskatchewan Government Insurance will be instructed not to renew your driver's license until the fine and related fees are paid in full.

By proceeding, I understand that I am pleading guilty to the offence charged against me on the ticket that is being paid.
