Library Services

Welcome to the Conservation and Environment Library. Our library partners include Manitoba Conservation, Manitoba Water Stewardship, Environment Canada, Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment and Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency. Our information collection covers a wide range of topics, including energy, environmental quality, environmental management and protection, pollution prevention, fisheries, foresty, parks, wildlife, hydrology, sustainable development, climatology, and meteorology. At the library you will find:

    * Reports, legislation, periodicals, electronic products on a variety of environmental topics.
    * Public Registry for Environment Act proposals.
    * Pamphlets, brochures, etc. available for public distribution.
    * Maps, fishing & hunting licenses, park vehicle permits available for sale.

Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday to Friday

We are open to the public. Materials must be used in the library or interlibrary loans through other libraries can be arranged. A photocopier is available to use at a cost of $0.15 per page, plus GST.
