Flat rate
Properties with flat rate water charges are billed on the property tax notice (see Property Tax General Information for more information).
Single Family Dwelling: $379.00
Single Family with suite: $513.00
Strata Duplex (per unit): $256.00
Metered properties
Metered properties are charged on a two month or four month billing. The metered rate for multi-family residential, industrial or commercial customers is $1.827 per 100 cubic feet or approximately 60 cents per cubic meter.

Single Family with suite: $264.00
Strata Duplex (per unit): $132.00
Metered properties
Metered multi-family residential, industrial or commercial customers are charged for sewer based on 85% of water consumption times $1.243 and are charged on a two month or four month billing.
