The Inuit Learning and Development Pilot Project   is an innovative new learning and development pilot project to help Inuit develop pre-employment skills for potential employment in the public service in Nunavut. The program is a partnership between Government of Canada, the Government of Nunavut (GN) and Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI). The Inuit Summer Student Initiative provides Inuit students with the knowledge to advance their skills through an exciting and challenging summer job with the Nunavut Regional Office. The summer student campaign is advertised each year in April for positions commencing in June.
