​​The Collective Agreement e-Library Portal houses public and private sector collective agreements in Ontario. Search collective agreements and their associated generations via the self-serve, online portal.

The Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development is making it easier for Ontarians to find the information they want, when they want, as part of Ontario's Open Government commitment and in support of the recommendations from the Commission on the Reform of Ontario's Public Service.

To satisfy your obligation under section 90 of the Labour Relations Act, collective agreements can be submitted to cbis@ontario.ca.

 Search by Industry

Collective agreements are searchable by the following sectors, which have been organized by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).

​​Construction

Includes activities engaged in for example, constructing, altering, decorating, repairing or demolishing buildings, structures, roads, sewers, water or gas mains, pipe lines, tunnels, bridges, canals or other works at the site.

Construction (ICI)

Includes a collection of provincial agreements between employer and employee bargaining agencies in the industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI) sector of the construction industry.

​Health and Social Services

Primarily provides health care and social assistance.

​Manufacturing

Includes activities associated with plants, factories or mills that transform materials or substances into new products.

​Education and Related Services

Provides education instruction or training through schools, colleges, universities and training facilities.

​Agriculture and Natural Resources

Production of food sources and activities associated with the extraction and refinement of natural resources.

​Public Administration

Government workplaces that engage in a combination of governmental and non-governmental activities.

​Trade and Finance

Includes wholesale and/or retail trade, or finance and insurance activities.

​Transport, Communications and Utilities

Involved with transporting passengers and goods, and the operation of utility facilities.

​Other Services

Not classified by any other sector, such as arts and recreation, professional services, food and accommodation services, real estate, religious services, etc.
