The Request for Progress Payment should be submitted by the contractor only for work that has been successfully completed and any materials delivered to the site but not yet installed.

This form is intended to accompany form 1792 and to provide the details of each progress claim received from the contractor. It is recommended that form 1793 be used only for those amounts that are subject to a Unit Price Arrangement

Similar to form 1793, this form is intended to accompany form 1792 and to provide the details of each progress claim received from the contractor. Form 1794 should be used in all cases where a Lump Sum contract is in place

PWGSC-TPSGC 1795 Inspection and Acceptance

Form 1795 is intended to accompany both the Interim Certificate of Completion and the Final Certificate of Completion. The form is to be completed during or after the inspections for (a) substantial completion and (b) final completion of the work.

The Interim Certificate of Completion is only required for those projects where the Standard Construction Contract is used and when the work as described in the contract documents and any amendments thereto, has reached substantial completion as defined in GC44.

This form should be used by the contractor when submitting an application for an extension of time in accordance with GC36 of the Standard Construction Contract and GC21 of the Tender and Contract Minor Works.
