• Training and Awards Program
  Awards available for researchers from Canada and developing countries.

• AGROPOLIS - International Graduate Research Awards in Urban Agriculture
  This awards program is currently undergoing evaluation. A decision on the future of the program near the end of 2005. See this section for information on past awardees and research projects.

• ASSESSING & MITIGATING HEALTH RISKS FROM SME's POLLUTION
  The Ecohealth Competition for South, Southeast and East Asia Request for Applications (RFA) is now closed. Four successful teams have been awarded a $50,000 CDN proposal development grant.

• Research Awards in Environmental Economics for SE Asian Scholars
  Proposals are reviewed in twice-yearly competitions.  The deadline for these are February 1 and August 1. 

• Call for Letters of Intent: Eco-Bio-Social Research on Dengue in Asia
  The UNICEF/UNDP/World Bank/WHO Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases (TDR), in collaboration with IDRC, invites letters of intent from research institutions and scientists. Applications must be received by 31 January 2006.
