Photo 7 - Valley bottom buried with sediment
Downstream along Rivière des Ha!Ha!, extensive aggradation occurred during the flood along relatively gently sloped reaches of valley. At a location about 10.5 km from the river mouth, aggradation has occurred along a broad section of valley bottom, and covered several properties with up to about 2 m of sand derived from extensive erosion upstream. Photograph taken on July 29, 1996 (GSC photograph 1997-42KK).
