Customs Tariff

The Customs Tariff is based on the World Customs Organization's (WCO) Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS). Review the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System for information on the HS and agendas of upcoming sessions of the Harmonized System Committee the HS Review Sub-Committee.

Note:
In June of 2004, the WCO adopted amendments to the HS that will take effect on January 1, 2007. For details concerning the amendments adopted refer to the WCO publication Amendments to the Harmonized System Nomenclature effective from 1 January 2007.
