Regular Force & Primary Reserve

The Cadet Instructors Cadre is just one of many components within the Canadian Forces to play a role in the Cadet Program. Regular Force and Primary Reserve members are often employed in cadet detachments, summer training centres and headquarters to support the program. They often help the corps and squadrons as instructors and by providing support during weekend activities.

Many cadet corps and squadrons are affiliated with Regular and Reserve Forces units.
