Workplace Safety and Workers' Compensation

In British Columbia, workplace safety is the responsibility of the Workers Compensation Board. The Ministry of Labour and Citizens' Services provides assistance to employees and employers dealing with the WCB through the offices of the Workers Advisers and the Employers Advisers.
