2000-1021 The Commission approves Island Telelecom Inc.'s request to:  include rates and charges for competitive local exchange carriers' (CLECs') access to 9-1-1 service; charge a monthly rate of $0.30 to CLECs per each network access service or working telephone number associated with CLEC end-customer access to 9-1-1 service; and use DS-1 Megaroute service to provide transport facilities for CLECs to access the 9-1-1 tandem switch. 2000-1023 The Commission approves SaskTel's request to:  replace the existing charges for transport facilities between the competitive local exchange carrier's (CLEC's) switch and the 9-1-1 tandem switch with the Megaroute DS-1 rates and charges to provide access to its provincial enhanced 9-1-1 service; and replace the existing charges for transport facilities between the CLEC's switch and its switch with the Megaroute DS-1 rates and charges to provide for access to its message relay service. 2000-1048 In this order, the Commission directs:  1) each ILEC and CLEC to require local service resellers, as conditions of resale, to provide complete end-customer information, and any changes to end-customer information within 30 days of the change; 2) the ILECs to issue revised resale tariffs incorporating these requirements; and 3) Bell Canada to comply with the Decision 97-8 requirements to populate the 9-1-1 database with complete reseller end-customer information, and to file a report. 2000-1079 Approval of CSG agreement for third-party Internet access services provided by larger cable carriers. In this order, the Commission approves, with changes, a standard agreement governing access service requests of competitor Internet service providers to larger cable carriers. This agreement will become effective at the same time the terms and conditions of service given interim approval in Order 2000-789 [third-party access (TPA)] become effective on a final basis.
