November 13, 2007 | The Auditor General says Albertans were shortchanged billions in oil and gas revenues since 2004. Premier Ed Stelmach disagrees. Last week he told Edmonton AM that the money isn't missing. He says the money's been spent in the Alberta economy. That got Edmonton actor and musician Dave Clarke thinking about how he spends his money.
