Created in 1999, the mandate of the Inter-Arts Office is to develop policies and manage funding programs in the interdisciplinary arts, the multidisciplinary arts and in new artistic practices.

The Inter-Arts Office provides research, creation, production, dissemination and professional development support to Canadian professional interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary artists and arts organizations.
