Full-time Employment Opportunities
 There
are opportunities to serve full-time in the Army Reserve. Employment
opportunities are made available through the Director of Land Personnel
(DLP) at the following DIN site: You can also check with your
orderly room, they receive copies of all employment offers.
If order to apply for full time service, check your eligibility
against the employment offers, get the permission from your unit
by having them raise the nomination message (which goes to DLP and
the prospective employing organization). You will be selected based
on how well you satisfy the prerequisites for the employment, your
experience and merit. You will be given the opportunity to interview
for the position. Remember that usually full time service does not
prevent you from continuing to be active with your unit part-time.
