Non-Canadian and intending to do business in BC
If you are a Non-Canadian and intending to do business in British
Columbia, you may qualify to be involved in a business in British
Columbia, even though you may be not a Canadian resident or citizen.
As a Non-Canadian, you can become the director of an incorporated
company, to be a director there are no citizen or residency requirements.
Please note, that does not mean you can immigrate to Canada because
you are a director of a Limited company.
