World-class performing arts groups, internationally praised creative artists, and plentiful grassroots arts programs to nurture casual interest or rising stardom – Manitoba has a cultural energy that’s wonderfully contagious. Our Aboriginal communities are among the largest and most creative in Canada. We are also proud to be home to a significant and vibrant francophone community, and an impressive mosaic of cultures from around the world. All come together, with Manitoba pride, to enrich our province for residents and visitors alike.

Our rich heritage is worthy of note and preservation, a celebrated past that is honoured all across Manitoba through schools, museums, archives and community festivals.
