Instruction: Here, primarily referring to traditional audio/visual or computer-based instructional materials.

Technical support: Referring to technical or user support services often available from a manufacturer or vendor. Methods to access support may include telephone hot-lines and/or automated voice-response systems, Web sites, e-mail, fax, and others.
