Contract structuring and negotiation service

Interested in the expertise required to negotiate an international supply agreement that enhances your competitiveness and overall profitability?

If you need to supplement your sales team’s strengths with a contracting expert, look to CCC. Our experienced professionals can help you structure and negotiate the terms and conditions of your contract.

  • You get CCC’s extensive experience in international contract negotiation and contract structuring, including strategies to shorten the bid process and bring customer discussions to a successful conclusion.

  • You also receive assurance that the contract being negotiated will minimize the financial risks of the project to your firm—now and in the future.

What to expect

Your CCC project manager will review of the financial health of your company to identify any potential vulnerabilities that may be exposed during the negotiation period.

You will receive a proposal of terms and conditions that will enhance your offering while giving you the benefit of minimized financial risk.

CCC will field a team during the negotiations with the expertise to successfully negotiate advantageous commercial terms and conditions you. These include: Liquidated Damages, Contract Duration, Law of Interpretation, Dispute Mechanism, Contract Termination, Force Majeure, Payment Mechanism, International Chamber of Commerce (shipping and liability), Contract Effective Date, Acceptance/inspection criteria, etc.

Should the negotiations be concluded successfully, CCC will supply an agreement between you and your international client.

Should the negotiations not result in an agreement, CCC will provide a post-mortem report upon request highlighting the negotiation activity and its outcome and help identify lessons learned.

What we need from you

To undertake the project, CCC will need a copy of the requirements document –usually a request for proposal or solicitation document. We will also require audited financial statements and a copy of the draft contract from your customer.

You’ll need to submit an application form with an administrative fee of $500 plus GST to open your file.

This service is offered for a variable fee based on the hours required to complete the review, plan and execute the negotiations. A service agreement will be put in place defining the scope of work and estimated cost for delivery.
