Standard International Prime Package
Joint sales presentations, proposal preparation, and contract structuring
and negotiation fees for the Standard Prime Package are variable and
are based on hours expended on your project at CCC standard hourly rates.
These fees are charged on a monthly basis plus any disbursements incurred.
Contract Management fees are fixed as a percentage of the contract value
and are based on the Risk Premium for the project as well as the hours
expended to manage contract activity. These fees are deducted from the
contract payment milestones received from the customer.

Success Fee International PrimePackage
For every $50,000 in joint sales presentations, proposal preparation,
contract structuring and negotiation your firm uses, CCC will make a
contribution of $25,000 worth of effort. CCC demonstrates its commitment
to helping you win the sale with this in-kind contribution to your business
development effort. New rates apply and fees are charged out in the same
way as for the Standard Prime Package.
Conditions: only available if contract management fee exceeds
1.5%.
Success Premium International Prime Package
For every $50,000 in joint sales presentations, proposal preparation,
and contract structuring and negotiation your firm uses, CCC will match
with a contribution of $50,000 worth of effort. CCC can now step up as
a collaborator in your business development activities with this new
cost sharing approach.
Conditions: only available if combined success fee and contract
management fee exceeds 2.5%.
Account-wide International Prime Package
Geared to clients with large projects or multiple concurrent projects
requiring assistance, CCC now offers the same service solution available
in its Standard Prime Package with the extra benefit of a “volume” discount.
You decide how to use your time—on one project at a time, over
several concurrently – whatever best meets your need.
Condition: If you commit to 1,800 hours of joint sales presentation,
proposal preparation, and contract structuring and negotiation services,
to be used within a one-year period, we will discount up to 47% from
new standard rates.

Fixed Price International Prime Package
This package offers streamlined package geared to building and submitting
a winning bid with our Proposal preparation Service at a fixed price.
All other services, including Joint sales presentations and Contract
structuring and negotiation services, are charged out an hourly basis
based on effort expended on your project. These fees are charged on a
monthly basis plus any disbursements incurred.
Condition: If your bid closing date is within 90 days, we will
discount* up to 47% from new standard rates.

*Only available in competitive sales environments (RFP, RFQ, Request
for Tender) with a defined bid-closing date within 90 days of signing
service agreement.
Application fee
A fee of $ 535 500 application fee ($500 plus GST ) is charged
for all CCC services except for sales to the U.S. Department of Defense.
The application fee covers the initial review of your project by your
CCC Project Manager. This fee is entirely refundable if CCC determines,
after a preliminary review, that we are unable to provide the service
requested.
Disbursements for your project
CCC will continue to charge for disbursements related to your
project (such as travel, translation, photocopying, etc.) at cost plus
10%. CCC travel costs are determined by the Treasury Board of Canada
Secretariat’s Travel Directive – Effective October 2002.
