Project DetailsThe DLN initiative derives its origins from the Merrickville Conference of June 2000, as well as the Saint Sauveur Workshop of November 2000, whereby core groups of training and professional development specialists from both the military and civilian sides established the required visions to get the project underway. The DLN involves a joint military/civilian Project Team under the co-project leadership of DGMHRPP (Director General Military Human Resources Policy and Plans and Planning) and DGLPD (Director General Learning and Professional Development).
