• In 2004, 42% of visitors to Canada came to Ontario and contributed 33% of Canada's tourism revenues.
• Total tourism receipts in Ontario reached $21.4 billion in 2004, representing an 8.2% increase over 2003.
• In 2004, tourism was Ontario’s 7 th largest generator of foreign exchange, bringing into the province $6.7 billion in foreign exchange.
