The upside to a bad bullying situation is that it can be used to inspire others. Become a peer counselor and turn your bravery into empowerment.

Your school counselor, teacher or principal are good places to start. They’ll know of groups in your school or area who could use your support. Or if none exist, they can hook you up with the resources you’ll need to start a local committee.

Make a plan. What do you hope to achieve? Who do you hope to reach? What do you want to say? Schools are all about enabling the student body to be healthy and happy. Put some goals down on paper to discuss. They’ll send you in the right direction.
