Whitehorse Copper
- Phase 1 lottery held July 26, 2007. Fifty-one lots were released. 10 lots remaining will be re-sold with Phase 2 lots. Not date setfor this lottery.
- Phase 2 58 lots available. Lottery of Phase 2 lots is subject to the completeion of construction. No date set for this lottery.
- Fire smart: Subdivision Fuel Modification (fire smart) work will continue this fall as well as trail clearing in the walkways and throughout the general subdivision area.
- Access to the Phase 2 lots is currently limited.

In the McCrae West area (lots 1-19) there may be remnants of the old WWII Army Subdivision, Highway Camp and Relay Station. The area may include but is not limited to old valves, wooden valve boxes, old shallow wooden crib cellars, tin cans, scrap wood and metal, and other miscellaneous items on individual lots.
