• This year marks the 5th anniversary of the Office of the Taxpayers’ Ombudsman (OTO). To celebrate this milestone, the Taxpayers’ Ombudsman has published a 5th Anniversary Information Booklet which explains the work of the OTO and highlights our accomplishments since opening in February of 2008.
