Changes to ROE Web

Service Canada is modifying the ROE Web Agreement effective October 27, 2013. These amendments are necessary to reflect changes made to ROE Web. These changes include new terminology with regards to ROE Web features which aims at simplifying access to ROE Web. Your continued use of the ROE Web past October 27, 2013 will signify the acceptance of the modified agreement.

ROE Web for Employers

You are responsible for completing ROEs for a small, medium or large business. Service Canada encourages you to submit your records of employment electronically.

ROE Web for Payroll Service Providers

You are an accountant, bookkeeper, or small or large payroll processor. You can submit records of employment electronically on behalf of your clients.

ROE Web for Payroll Software Vendors

You are a software company. You can adapt your payroll software to be compatible with ROE Web.
