My name is Mélanie Benoit and I am the Manager of Pay Services at Ubisoft Divertissement. Daily use of the ROE Web is extremely easy. You only have to access the system and type in all the requested information. It is very easy to access.

We find using the ROE Web very user friendly. We could access information immediately and send it off to HRSDC.

The ROE Web allowed me to better focus my efforts on other resources and I can be assured that my electronic Records of Employment are produced properly and accurately.

We issue approximately 1400 ROEs annually. It's fairly easy to use, with the fields already available. You're importing the information and it's there-you're just double-checking it-and submitting it is a lot easier online.

Don't delay in starting the ROE Web. It's a great benefit for payroll. It's a time saving for them and your employees will love it.

The program is also really easy to access. It allows the payroll staff to save a lot of time.

For employers that aren't using ROE Web, check it out. It's fast, it's easy. It saves in storage of the documents, since they're available online, it saves on printing, and it makes the benefits more easily accessible to the employees.
